I am going to start posting these at the end of the day
rather than in the morning the day after.
Day 4 has been great. I made sure I consumed more calories today.
I had 3 smoothies and all had almond milk for more calories.
They all tasted amazing and I also made a slushie with watermelon and basil.
Had no headaches and never hungry. Tomorrow I go shopping for more greens and fruit.
I feeling pretty good about being able to go the 10 days without
wanting food so bad I feel like I will go crazy.
