Sun Cacao Bliss

I decided to use the package of sunflower seeds I got from
Publix to make a variation on Cacao Bliss.
If you aren't familiar with what that is,
it's an awesome mix of coconut butter, oil and cocoa.
Made by Artisana. Click here for more information.

Basically I just added sunflower seeds into the mix to make up for the full bag of
coconut flakes I did not have on hand, only had maybe a half of bag.

I worked off of this recipe: Click here for recipe.

Added a little salt, cinnamon, and used date sugar
instead of agave and also
unsweetened bakers chocolate instead of the powder.
I also added 1 Tbs of Nutella.

And here is the result.

Product Spotlight: Healthy Weight-loss Gold

I wanted to share my experience with this product.
As always, do not take supplements without talking to your doctor first.

I have been taking this for about 10 days now, one bottle gives you a 1 month supply.
You take two pills, twice a day, and eight hours apart.
The first week I was holding steady at 195 lbs.
By day 7 I noticed the weight starting to drop.
I have been doing at least 30mins to an hour of exercise depending on what type.
30 mins for abs/strength, 60 mins for walking.
Day 10 I am at 191 lbs. Now I know losing 1 lb a day isn't normally healthy,
and I do expect it to stop.
But for now it seems to be helping target anything
that would be in my way of reaching my weight goals.
I will keep you all updated.

Yum Yum Chicken Bacon Alfredo

This was amazing!

Leftover Lunch

So there was one chicken burger leftover...
and I really wanted it on a bun.
We had some gluten free bread mixes we ordered at Christmas.
For a tapioca based mix its decent. The texture is a little gummy sometimes.
I used the focaccia version and it made some decent, although messy, buns.
With the crusty exterior and soft inside,
the burger slid out the sides, would be better open faced.
Avacado, Bibb lettuce, tomato and homemade ketchup/mayo
as well as smoked Gouda we also added to the mix

Pre-made Green Drink - Taco Bowls

I use a little of this is my smoothies, mostly for taste, but it also packs a lot of nutrients.

Dinner tonight:

I used shredded brussel sprouts instead of cauliflower. It makes an amazing fake rice.
Hummus is acting like re-fried beans. It works, trust me.
