Pre-made Green Drink - Taco Bowls



I use a little of this is my smoothies, mostly for taste, but it also packs a lot of nutrients.


Dinner tonight:


I used shredded brussel sprouts instead of cauliflower. It makes an amazing fake rice.
Hummus is acting like re-fried beans. It works, trust me.

  4. Thanks for the comments Beebs, I am still amazed I stuck with it. Great tasting food and feeling amazing is really the only reason I was able to. The benefits were almost instant. As far as that pre made smoothie goes, it tastes amazing on it's own. But since it's pasteurized it has very little nutrients from the fruit and veggies, most of it is added. So I use it as an addition to my smoothies which usually consist of what you see here as my breakfast. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/loknos
