  2. I actually bought a 2 lbs bucket of that stuff. Was really good, but I never used it as anything but something to put in my smoothies.

    I also was drinking Hemp Milk which is also awesome. You could probably live off of only eating hemp it has such a great nutritional profile.

    While I use chia and various other seeds regularly, one thing to keep in mind.
