I actually bought a 2 lbs bucket of that stuff. Was really good, but I never used it as anything but something to put in my smoothies.
ReplyDeleteI also was drinking Hemp Milk which is also awesome. You could probably live off of only eating hemp it has such a great nutritional profile.
While I use chia and various other seeds regularly, one thing to keep in mind.
