Snacks and Staples



I always have dried fruit and nuts/seeds to snack on. Dark chocolate and nut butter for a special treat. 
And occasionally some Jerky(just be careful with what kind you get).


A good coconut oil is always something I have on hand. 
A great roasting oil(makes great kale or sweet potato chips) and my mom uses it for popcorn.


Spirulina, Chlorella, Vitamin D3, 7-keto(while I am losing weight), CoQ10, and Maca.


Teas I always have, Green, Yerba Mate, Oolong.
